Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Lumelle. By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing

We make every effort to display our products and shade colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product becomes unavailable; in that case you will be fully refunded.

Promotions

The Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer applies automatically to the Serum Skin Tint Balm, up to 3 free sticks per order. The code WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order, can be used once per customer and can be combined with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer.

Use of our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the ingredient list before use and do a patch test on a small area of skin. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds, exchanges and shipping

Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
