We want you to love your Lumelle balm. If it isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at ayyoubaboulhassane@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We confirm your refund by email, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
3. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

No need to send the product back. Keep it, gift it or share it with a friend.

Free shade exchange

Picked the wrong shade? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us which shade you'd like instead. We'll ship you a new stick in your new shade for free.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Promotions

Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid. Items received free as part of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer are not refunded separately.
